As the lead web designer for Elite RMG’s Bayside Property Services Company project, my responsibility was to create a comprehensive web solution that would showcase the company’s extensive portfolio of properties. Our objective was to create a scalable platform using WordPress multisite installation with 30 websites, integrated with document management and customer service systems.
I started the project by analyzing the client’s requirements and developing a strategy for the website’s design and functionality. I created a sitemap, wireframes, and mockups for each of the 30 websites, ensuring that each website was responsive and optimized for all devices.
To achieve the client’s objective, I proposed a WordPress multisite installation solution. This solution allowed the client to manage all 30 websites under one platform, with the flexibility to add or remove websites as needed. Additionally, I integrated a document management system that allowed the client to manage and share property documents with ease. I also integrated a customer service system, which enabled the client to provide excellent customer service to their clients.
Throughout the project, I used my design skills to create visually appealing websites, with graphics and colours that were consistent with the client’s branding. I also ensured that the navigation and content on each website were easy to understand and engaging.
The client now had a scalable platform to showcase their extensive portfolio of properties, with the ability to manage documents and provide excellent customer service to their clients.
